And of course, you didn't receive the prompt in the main menu before logging into the lobby on Apex Legends?

If you did not, then cross progression hasn't got to you yet. But eventually, you will and once it does, keep us posted. 🙂

I did get the prompt for cross progression. I have my stats and skins from my Xbox account on my steam account, it’s just that my account level is now 1. Is that a bug? I’m almost okay with the grind lol.

I also noticed I don’t have the founders pack or starter pack on my steam account! i went and checked my order history on my Xbox account and they are both there.

Probably a bug in this case. Just wait until further notice and hopefully the Dev Team can assess the situation.

No need to open a case for this matter.

Usually, you'll receive an update on the game and the Community Managers will eventually post what the patch notes are.

Yes, you're good to go. Whatever progress/level you do on PC will be combined into one on your Xbox once this whole issue is settled.
