Do you play on a console? And if so, did you unlink your console account from your EA account around the time that you stopped playing 28 days ago? Content should never leave your account, and if everything is gone then it seems to me that you might have unlinked. Since the content is stored in the link between a console account and your EA account, if that link is broken the content doesn't carry over if you link it somewhere else.
If you did unlink it, then you can try linking it back to your old EA account, and the missing content might reappear then.
