Same thing happened with me, i bought the muerte rapida octane bundle from the halloween event, it included an epic octane skin, an epic volt smg skin, an epic banner and 2 octane themed packs. When i was recently browsing through my skin collection, i couldn't find the volt smg skin but other items included in the bundle is there.
