Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

Additionally, any time you unlink an account, there's a chance your progress will be lost permanently. Re-linking the platform to the original EA account can often restore that progress, but depending on when the account went through Cross Progression and which platforms were linked at the time, that may not be possible.

If you've lost access to your progress, the only way to try restoring that would be to re-link each platform to its original EA account. There is not a way to transfer progress from one EA account to another, and we aren't able to manually restore progress that's been lost due to an unlink I'm afraid.
