I have tried all of them to find the chat with us option its there until I log in and then those options are gone and yes I did reply via email 

Any solution here? I got the same problems. Bought two times 1000 coins via steam and nothing happend. My account got charged but still no coins. Tried manytimes to contact the support but no solutions. Either I should uninstall the game and wait 24 hours or my proof of transaction is not valid. Now after 5 support requests my account is blocked and I cannot open support chats anymore. I am highly frustrated.

bought 1000 coins over steam yesterday 23:30 still no coins ingame.

i mean there are now so many who have this problem and u still cant  get any help from ea.
and they wonder why they get so much hate atm.

I've been waiting for my coins for 1.5 months since 06/03

forget it.. btw me too.. but after 30 days they wont do anything. conclusion to me: never buy apex coins again..
