Hey @y11c,

Unfortunately we're not able to help with bans here on the forums, but if you suspect that your account has been compromised then I recommend contacting our live support team via the following link:

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

They'll be able to help you resecure your account.

If you'd like to contact our terms of service team directly to see if they can remove that ban, you can contact them via the webform in this article:

And just a note, by the way: try not to share any personal information (including IP addresses) via the forums. We can't use it for anything anyways, and it's never a good idea to post that sort of thing where everyone can see it.

    Thanks for the replies, advice and corrections.
    I tried sending a web form to the service team, but they only return canned messages and don't answer my questions.

    I need your help.

    I wish I could be more helpful, but account issues are outside of the support we can provide on the forums. Have you tried contacting live support to confirm if there's been suspicious activity on your account?
