Re: Should bans really work like this ?

@MadAhu7

All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

You can also check out your ban history here, but please note not all bans may appear here:

https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/

The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

There is also this AHQ guide on bans and suspensions :

https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/EA-Bans-and-Suspensions-How-they-work-and-how-to-get-in-contact/m-p/9754200#M355907

Please note: It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times.

    Hey @MadAhu7,

    We are unable to address bans or suspensions on the forums.

    If you've already appealed this multiple times and our Terms of Service team has declined to remove that action, that will be final and not something we can change or provide additional information about via the forums.

    Please do not continue to create these threads, locking this one as well as it's not something that can be addressed further.
