Re: Sign up everytime I try to log in

yeah, I've tried swapping back to 2fa and it's like it needs to re-login every time I load up. Since they don't get the 2fa code automatically it prompts you to register again.

    Hmm, that's bizarre. Did you have it set up to use a 2FA app, or was it just the email authentication?

    I have to wonder if there's an issue with the account settings somewhere that could be causing this to happen. I think it might be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account and see if they can spot what might be going wrong.

    If you're seeing this same issue, I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account.

    @EA_Kent I use ea help twice but they didnt find a solution to this problem.
    one is say i get banned but i can enter apex and play.
    another one is say they didnt help to deal with steam.they only recommend me to play apex with origin.
