Are you getting a shot and footstep distortion? Mines sounds distorted but for Xbox 1

When i jump from the plane, there is no launch sound. Then when i land more then half of the sounds are missing, sliding, picking something up, someone shooting basically i hear nothing. Then after a minute or so it becomes distorted, if someone is shooting 30 bullets i maybe hear 10 gunshots and sometimes the sound is delayed, someone starts shooting at me and i hear it 2-3 seconds later on.
I wanted to record my gameplay but then it becomes impossible to play the game.
