Hey @Amig0_ozz If your case is not visible on your profile https://help.ea.com/en/my-cases/ there is a chance that something went wrong and it was not submitted correctly. After creating your case, you should also receive a case number that will help you find it. Give it another try and let us know if there are any further issues.
