Re: The apex account was stolen by hackers and cheated, resulting in the ban

Unfortunately the same thing has just happened to me. I was playing in an Internet Cafe in China and two days later I found out my account has been compromised. They sold a bunch of my Rust skins and hacked on Apex, which is really annoying because I have spent over $200 on the account itself and I have over 1000 hours. I also finally managed to get the heirloom not that long ago so to find out my account was hacked, cheated on and banned and that EA doesn't give a rats *, is really upsetting. Genuinely quite sad when they said it would remain banned because someone stole the account and cheated on it, even though there are no traces of cheats ON MY WHOLE STEAM ACCOUNT. Thats like 10000 hours of different games. Very lazy EA staff.
