Re: Unlinking old EA account from Xbox Gamertag

Just wanted to let you guys know that they still don’t care about the players. I’ve played Apex since almost the start and now it randomly says I have to update a password on an email address that I don’t recognize. Can’t update the password since I don’t know the email. Can’t verify the account because I don’t know the details of this random EA account that has an email address that isn’t mine. Can’t unlink my Xbox gamer tag because I can’t verify the EA account that isn’t mine. I can see every time I made a purchase in Apex through my Microsoft account but they don’t care about that. Makes my Xbox gamer tag completely useless now and I can’t use it to play Apex ever again. “But as a gamer, they care about helping gamers” ha yea right…I can prove the gamer tag is mine all day long but not some random email address that somehow got linked to my gamer tag.
