Re: Unlinking Steam

If you lost your rogress after linking, you most likely unlinked it from a different EA Account before, as you cannot play Apex without having an EA Account linked. In that case, please unlink your current accounts and connected it with the old account again, as any progress is bound to the EA Account that was connected to the Steam account before you relinked the account.

So is this to say it's now possible to unlink EA and Steam, and not lose progress? When I asked the original question on this thread back in February, the answer was no.

"unfortunately, unlinking and relinking a platform account that you use to play Apex with, you will lose most of your game progress and items."

In not my most inciteful moment, I allowed my son to link his EA account to my Steam account, but I would like that to be unlinked, so he can link it to his own steam account.

    Thanks,

    Rob
