I figured it out after waiting 35 minutes for EA customer support. Go to your files and click on origin or anything related to the origin launcher. I deleted everything, redownloaded origin and apex. it worked...

I’m going to try to redownload apex. I have an Xbox one and I’ve spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to get the code to send to my email. I’ve made 2 new accounts and everything and nothing has worked

I'm on xbox and we dont have files or I cant find them
