man i really appreciate you replying reallfast thanks a lot, yes i use amd cpu ryzenn 9 6000hs with a rtx 3050 ti im gonna try what you said and come back to you. thanks again
- @SK1688 Happy to help!
I hope trying the same fix as those two mentioned above helps fix the issue for you as well.
If it does, let me know here so when the CMs take a look at this thread, they can let Respawn know what type of system is running into the issue!
Some players had also mentioned the problem occuring with Lenovo systems, but I don't know if they were also running AMD CPU with Nividia GPU. If you also use a Lenovo, it might be helpful to know that as well. same error, what i tried today:
1. check the integrity of the game on steam2. repairing my system's files
3. uninstalling and reinstalling the AMD adrenalin
4. adding r5apex.exe and r5apex_dx12.exe manually into the system, nvidea control panel, and the AMD adrenalin
5. opening my os with safe boot and launching the game.
none of these worked
ok so basicly i launched apex on my intigrated gpu on the amd chip and the game somehow worked????? explaination pls
@SK1688 Have you tried reinstalling AMD Adrenalin, (if you have it installed), and changing which GPU your PC uses for the game, as mentioned here?
For me, I have an AMD CPU and AMD GPU, with the Windows Graphics Display set to "Let Windows decide (High performance)". I also have AMD Adrenalin, but I haven't run into the same issue as reported reported here.
Edited: After posting this, I had saw that you did try some of the steps above and had gotten the game working. I don't have a clue either on why this had worked, but other players seem to think it might be due to Windows overriding the Nvidia Control Panel.basicly when i run apex legends dx12 using my amd chip and the intigrated graphics in the chip (not my nvidea card) the game opens fine, however when i try to use the high performance nvidea card the game returns the integrity error
- @SK1688 That's interesting. I wonder if its somehow an issue with Nivida and its compatibility with DX12 then.
However, if the game is working for you now, that's good to hear! Sadly its not running with the full advantage of the Nivida card, but I hope the issue could be resolved soon so that it could use the Nivida card. ok not sure really what happened im still really confused after what i saw, i switched back to the nvidea card and guess whatt? it worked.. 120fps no problemms again thank you very much i think the problem was in the amd adrenalin app because it was all solved after i erased it and redownloaded it.
anyways ill be playing apex for a while 😅😂 thanks for evrything
@SK1688 I must direct your thanks to @DetonatorPao and @EvanzEssence for it was their posts that prompted me to suggest this solution to you.
I'm not sure why switching it back to Nivida had fixed it either, so it most likely was an issue with AMD Adrenalin. I'm glad you are able to use your Nivida card as well!
If the issue happens again later down the line, be sure to let report it on the forums.
Have fun slaying the outlands!
