I Logged into apex season 16 and I also received the wrong badge, I finished season 15 ranked split 2 with 21,022 RP on xbox #600 and received a master badge instead. I did receive my pred trail, charm and halo spray but no badge. Is there a way to fix this ? It also demoted me to gold 4?
Hey man, looms like its gonna stay that way forever. I got number 500 pred split 2 of season 14 and received all the rewards for it except for the badge. It gave me an aninated masters badge instead of a non animated pred badge. Been like this all the way till now and no fix. Even the ranked stats for both splits are showing as masters for season 14 when i know it was well in 500s pred for split 2. EA do not care.
