Same here, got 2 warnings too cause of the Name of the club. But I am not a member of a Club for more then six months and the TOS Team answer me of my question "how can I get a warning cause of the Name of The Club and I am not a member of any club for a long time?", that they won't take the warnings back no other information and I should don't ask again. Nice one EA
