Received incorrect badge from apex ranked season 3
I went from top 2500 predator in season 3 to silver 2 in season 4. Gave me a platinum badge instead of a pred badge. No dive trail or anything.....

I was literally pred way back in the beginning of November ffs

They are aware that not the right ranked rewards are given out.

Make sure you haven't received an mail from EA Terms of Service.
Mails have been sent out to users that have been exploiting the ranked leaver system.
If you were ranked Diamond or Apex Predator, you will be reset/have received to the Platinum Rank.
