Recently moved locations

I recently moved out of my parents house and changed internet providers if I try to play it i can get into the lobby and every is gray on the top sometimes I’ll be able to load into a game but it lags and is unplayable if I log into another account it seems to work just fine but otherwise it doesn’t work and I would like to keep my progress
