Redeemed a code for apex coins but havent got any coins several hours later.
Won a code for some apex coins in a giveaway and I reedem the code succefully but nothing shows up several hours later. Tried redeeming code again and now it says its used.

Just to confirm, do you know if this code was for a specific platform?
If this was a PC code and you use Steam, it may also help to try launching the game via Origin instead to see if the coins appear there. You should then be able to swap back to Steam and see them still on the account if that's the case.
