Regarding my account being blocked
My apex account was blocked by mistake. I have complained more than 40 times. Why can't you solve it? My email address is [edit: email address removed]. I have purchase records and remote login records. Why are all the emails I sent to you replied by robots? I will keep complaining until I get a fair result.

I've edited your post to remove the attachments as they showed some account information. Please keep in mind these are public forums and your posts are visible to everyone.
If you feel an action was taken on your account incorrectly, you'll need to appeal with our Terms of Service team. They are the only team able to make any changes to bans or suspensions.
If you have already appealed multiple times and the ToS team declined to remove a penalty, that will be final and not something that can be changed here or through any other channels, sorry.
