Here's what you need to do.

Go to https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/
Fill out each field and click on submit
Scroll to the bottom and click on "Smail us" under "Contact an advisor"

That will get a case submitted.

When I go to the site and fill it out, it still does the same thing. Under "Contact an advisor" it shows "Email us," but I just get the same error every time...

"This issue isn't supported by advisors
