Restore game progress
I want to know if there is a way I can get my apex legends progression restored as my account has been reset after I unlinked my Xbox account from my ea account not know it wouldn’t work with cross p...

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Any time an account is unlinked there's a chance your progress will be permanently lost, as mentioned in our article here and the warning when unlinking an account.
If there's a chance you've re-linked to a different EA account it would still be worth trying to get that linked back to the original, however if you've re-linked to the EA account where the progress was originally made and that wasn't returned, there wouldn't be any other way to try restoring that progress, sorry.
