Rewards wont show up

I linked my twitch and ea fine but when i linked them i claimed a reward on prime gaming and it wont transfer to my account i dont understand what is happening [CM - moved this over to the Apex Le...

If you've restarted your game since claiming that bundle and you're still not seeing it appear in Apex, please reach out to an advisor so they can take a look at the account for you.
