Second Appeal for Wrongful Ban (Account Hacked)

I am writing to submit a second formal appeal regarding the ban on my EA Account for Apex Legends. I received your previous response confirming the penalty, but I must urgently clarify that this ban is completely unjust—my account was hacked and misused by unauthorized third parties to cheat, and I am entirely innocent.

Incident Details
On April 6, 2026, I discovered abnormal logins on my account and lost access temporarily. I immediately reset my password, secured all account settings, and enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) to prevent further unauthorized use. Soon after regaining control, my account was banned for cheating, which I had no involvement in whatsoever.
I have never used cheats, hacks, or any third-party unauthorized software, nor have I shared my account with anyone. All cheating behavior was conducted by the hacker during the brief period my account was compromised.
My Long-Term Support for EA Games
I am a long-time loyal player and paying customer of EA for many years. I have purchased numerous EA-published games across multiple platforms. For Apex Legends alone:
- My in-game playtime is nearly 1,300 hours
- My total in-game purchases and top-ups exceed $1,000 USDI have always strictly followed the EA User Agreement and Apex Legends fair-play rules, and I fully support your anti-cheat policies to protect the gaming experience.
My Request
I sincerely ask your team to conduct a full, detailed re-investigation of my account logs, including:
- Login IP addresses, device info, and geographic locations around April 6, 2026
- In-game activity and operation records during the suspected hacking window
These records will clearly prove that the cheating actions came from an unfamiliar, unauthorized source, not my legitimate gameplay.
I have fully secured my account and will ensure this never happens again. I am ready to provide any additional evidence or complete any verification you require.
Please reconsider my appeal and lift the wrongful ban on my account. I love Apex Legends and only wish to return to fair, legitimate play.

The only way to get our Terms of Service Moderation Team to review the situation is to submit a new dispute form following this guide. Please provide any new information you believe could be useful to our teams during their review.
I'd also recommend that you reach out to our Support Team using this guide to report the account violation and go through the resecurization process with an Advisor.
