Serious Problem about Guaranteed Heirloom Shard for 500 Packs During Anniversary

By calculation, I have opened more than 400 packs before I bought this activity. If the record is reset, I think I can't accept it.If this kind of problem really happens, who should I look for to solve it?

Is the reset rule to detect heirloom fragments?I hope the official can fix it as soon as possible. Now most people are facing this problem. thanks.

I view the response on this topic and also contact eahelp to get my answer. They all denied this situation and suspect my pack count. I hold all my purchase record and more than 220 packs is not kind of deviation people can get wrong. 

By the way, I am a master student in Computer Science from USC. And all these evidence shows that programmers in EA reset the heirloom shard count after buying the anniversary activity.

Other players and myself have wasted so mush money on this problem and the EA official still deny their mistakes. I wish more further investigation into this problem and give us a fair response to remedy our loss!

There are many people facing this problem and some of them have CONFIRMED that it will DEFINITELY RESET.However,Respawn keeps ignoring them and say that it's the problem of players.Isn't it a kind of scam?

I have this problem too! (Opened 650 packs). But EA just seen to don’t care at all. Due to they believe nobody can prove it with solid evidence so they can just keep  denying it.

This just happened to me today! I have opened over 500 packs and not got my second heirloom. I got my first from the 2nd year anniversary event. We need to take serious legal action if this is not fixed, who's with me?

Still no answer from EA! How disappointing!

I have the same problem it seems my counter got reset after purchasing the ACE event heirloom shards

Ello everyone, A fix has been rolled out for yesterday's reported issues around the heirloom "bad luck protection" counter. Those affected have had their counters restored to the correct value and granted 5 Apex Packs for their trouble.
