Server bug

It doesn’t happen often but I will freeze in game lad a heap the game will kick me say I can’t be put back in the match then I’ll get penalised for it with a 10 min ban and a massive loss of rank points.. I have really good wifi I sit on 30-36 ping and it’s only been happening this season. I’ve lost easily over 1000 rank points in total due to the servers being held together with paper clips and it’s not fair I get punished for it!!

this time it happened I was able to go into another match after play it then once I died and returned to the lobby it gave me the penalty.. 

it’s becoming a joke at this point I’m pushing for Dimond and as soon as I’m 100ish point away I’ll have a game where it crashes and then I’m back to needing 300-400 points..
