Hey @AestheticShrine
I apologize that you didn't succeed in getting the Pirate Queen Bundle.
I myself am a huge fan of the Pirate Queen Skin and understand the frustration.
If you're still getting this same error I would recommend contacting Steam Support to see if they can help with that. You can find more information on how to contact them at the Steam Support website.
Unless you bought the bundle and didn't receive it, that's a whole different situation.
If indeed you purchased the content for the Pirate Queen bundle I would suggest contacting EA Support about you're missing content.
I've done that before with another problem I had regarding a refund on a bundle I bought some seasons back, but Steam just redirects me to EA support, which then tells me to contact Steam...
Isn't there anyone I can chat with live, have them deduct my Apex Coins for the same value of the bundle price? There is an MMORPG I play that allows this, even if a bundle or item has not been in the store for a while.
I'm not trying to be rude, it's just frustrating being told the same thing again when the problem wasn't resolved the first time (I never got the refund) and atleast in my eyes it seems like a simple fix. I could be wrong of course, I don't work for EA, but I would like this to be resolved properly this time. Of course if there's nothing to be done, I'll just have to deal with the fact that I shouldn't have bought the bundle last minute and I'm fine with that.
