I have the same error.
Can't recall if an enemy squad was involved.
I myself couldn't reconnect to the server, but If I'm understanding the error correctly, it might just be something as simple as a weapon cosmetic from myself or cosmetic from another player which hasn't loaded correctly.
Please advise if the fix should be done on my side or server side.

Hey guys.
Apologies for the late reply on this.Does it seem like this happens consistently when you're playing as (or with) a specific Legend? Does it seem like it's just happening with Wraith, or have you noticed it while other Legends are around as well?
