Severe Audio Lag

Hi, since installing my 1070 2 days I have been experiencing some major audio lag. For example, i'll be in a gunfight and I won't hear the sounds that occurred during said gunfight for another 15/20 seconds sometimes longer. This is extremely frustrating as positional audio and audio in general has a big effect when in a gunfight with other players. Just to clarify I have tested other games (The Witcher 3, Wolfenstein) and have had absolutely no problems regarding audio. Just to clarify, my frame rate performance is perfectly fine when in gunfights, just the audio is completely delayed.

Any help would be appreciated.
