Shadow Society event pack missing after purchase

I saved up enough of the event credits to be able to purchase the event pack and when I purchased it, I did not receive the pack and then I’m not sure if it was related, but shortly after (maybe within 2 minutes) there was an error which forced me back to the start screen. 

After this, I started the game back to the lobby and it showed that I had purchased the pack but the pack was nowhere to be seen. 

It’s been around an hour since this happened and I’ve restarted the game and done the other troubleshooting tips ea recommended and nothings worked. No sign of any new items either. 

Has anybody else had this issue? It’s bugging me as I worked for that pack and would like to open it.

    @charliedaley I bought 4 event packs, it opened the first one automatically. I returned to lobby and the 3 packs went missing.. Currently have an open case in progress with EA help.

    I also bought 4 pack shadow Society for 4000 coin . The 1st pack opened then I return to lobby and they were gone .  I did this 2 times . They owe my 6 shadow packs, I'm so Mad at myself for being so dumb!

    第一次，我在商店的活动区购买了影子协会盒子（4x），当我打开第一个盒子时，它很好，当我点击打开下一个盒子时，我只是回到等待室，盒子不见了，一旦它显示一些错误，我不 remember.it 应该让我打开我买的下一个 3 个盒子。我打了两次 4 个盒子，只开了 2 个，错过了 6 个盒子。我要把我的箱子拿回来!!!

    Since this issue, I’ve further purchased the other two normal packs with the event “reputation” currency and had no issue. Just the event pack that I’ve purchased and still not received.

    At first time,i was buying Shadow Society boxes（4x） in the event area of the store,and when i open first boxes,its fine,when i click open next one,i just go back the wwaiting room and the boxes gone.once it shows some error i dont remember.it should let me open next 3 boxes i bought.I TEY TWICE 4x BOXES,ONLY OPEN 2,MISS 6 BOXES.AND I WANT MY BOXES BACK!！！！

    Two days later now and still no sign of the pack I purchased. There is no easy support solution that I can find which allows me to contact someone directly at ea for help. I’m getting impatient as this has still not been resolved and there are no support options.

    I asked the customer service yesterday and he contacted the engineer and said that this phenomenon is happening now, let's launch a post to get attention, but I think we have limited influence and the event is only two weeks away, what should we do?

    Awesome. Thank you so much. The ea support seems to be so difficult to achieve anything. I would’ve never known how to contact them.

    I contacted them and spoke multiple times, but it feels more like communicating with an AI, there's not straight forward answers and for our luck we cant even ask for a refund.

    **Certain game editions that include virtual currency packs are excluded from the Great Game Guarantee.

    The experience with the support is frustrating and inefficient cant find any more polite words to describe it.

    My case has been closed and has No Fix on it, ive tried to resume the case and get into a chat and it just sends me back to the help screen with which game to pick on.
    This has been infuriating. EA is a joke.
