Significant performance drop

Since about last week the performance of the game dropped significantly on what seems to be all systems, certainly my system and people I watch play. 

Personally I had to drop my framerate by 120 to get stable framerates again as it was feeling terrible. 

I'd love to hear a response if this is a problem that anyone is aware of or has a potential fix. Thank you.
