Skins Dark and blury, triangle-y?

Hello,

I Have Recently logged onto apex to find my skins are all dark and non rendered I guess you can say? I have no idea what's going on and I have reason to believe that I have tried everything. They are Dark in-game and when I zoom into them in the lobby. And Don't look good at all. Here are my settings please let me know how to fix them. This has been an on going problem with my locker, and legends
