So Apex lagged out on my Xbox and took money
So what’s the best course of action for this am I gonna get it back because I bought a skin or did the game just lag out and forget about it but I generally want my money back and I made the purchase on my Xbox so I’m confused

Even though it was just a partial number, I've removed the screenshot with those payment details as these are public forums.
As far as the purchase itself, if you've restarted an additional time after that lag/crash and aren't seeing whatever was purchased, please contact support so they can verify some details and take a look. Thanks!
