starvation issue on xbox series s

Need information from EA as to what the reason for ongoing starvation is on apex legends on xbox series s.

Ive completed nearly every imaginable "fix" on my end to no avail. This includes:

-deleting and reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, swapping DNS servers, swapping in-game servers, deleting persistent storage, every router reset and power cycle imaginable, clearing old game data from in game management, hard lining interent, tested other games and devices for latency issues with none found, upgraded controller firm ware, changed wifi signals, etc. Im sure there is a half dozen other things ive attempted as well.  After going down the rabbit hole and doing 20 things it seemed my game ran fine for about a week prior to this new seasons release and after the fact were right back where we began, only issue is im not sure which if any of these changes has any real affect given its just picked back up where it left off.
