Steam Achievements not properly syncing.

Started the game from steam played 1 game and got 2 achievements previously unlocked through EA at the end of my game, did not receive any on the next game. Restarted my apex, steam, and PC. relaunched apex and received 1 more achievement at the beginning of a game and cannot seem to get any more. All achievements unlocked in EA app.
