As a loyal player of EA, I have always had great expectations for your company. My account has not violated any rules, yet it was blocked during normal gameplay. My account has not been stolen, used for cheating, or exploited any loopholes. I have invested considerable time and resources into this account, so I would never risk challenging your company's policies. This suspension has caused me great confusion and concern.
