Stuck at loading screen into game(NOT MAIN MENU)

You know what's annoying when you ask your community to stop being toxic but when they bring problems and issues to your attention nothing gets done. They plead and beg for a solution for a fix but nothing at all. You know how annoying it is if you grind your a$$ off in rank just to get lost RP because of a bug you seem to not be able to fix. 

Ever since the addition of Gun Run, I get stuck in the loading screen of the match. No matter what game mode, I will get this bug, I just lost RP because of this stupid bug. Oh, you need a video of this, here you go a lovely video of the issues. 

What is annoying is,  the game doesn't crash. The process is still responding but for some reason, I get stuck on the loading screen. The only way to fix it is by killing the process within Task Manager.
