Stuttering issues after genesis update

@NoJamBros21 i was hoping that on Tuesday the send a patch to fix something and this came in the middle of it.... but.... like i said i was hoping ahaahhahaha Trello didn't get any change but maybe this send it "under the carpet" aehehe

Guys i find on twitch guy who have this same specification pc and he play apex with no stuttering he dont have fps drops like me but i have stutter, question is how, maybe this is windows problem or antycheat idk
- @L4JKAN I think it's either windows or drivers problem.
- @L4JKAN Bug is not about when everybody have it. My friend got kicked from game in season 7 and it was strange, cause he reinstalled game and windows but problem hasn`t gone, then in season 8 he was able to play and here came season 9 and he couldn`t play arenas. Now he doesn`t play stutter legends. This game has really strange and big bugs.
So we should hope that problem will go by itself ( they will fix it ). All other methods aren`t working in 95% cases.
