Gaming Merchant has made video that it could be because our mouse polling rate. Try to turn it down to 500 or less, I've tried it for a few hours and it feels so much better. here's Gaming Merchant's vid about it https://youtu.be/VxULyWLV_3I

I had this problem after the latest patch. I don't know which of these resolved it, but it's ok now. I got the latest driver from GeForce website, checked bf2042 install via right click in origin, changed mouse polling to 500 in razer settings, and rebooted. I also tried changing the two files in the bf2042 folder to run as admin, but this caused the game to not load so I changed them back. Works really well now. (Rtx 2070S, i7-7700)
