Looking for a way to speak to a real person, the help site keeps closing my ban dispute, after a real person told me it would be unbanned. I had my account hacked, then the hacker used cheats, recovered it, and no im banned again. Ive been battling the help site for almost 6 months. and I really want my account back.
Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you, and they do not live chat.
All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3.
