Every time the map changes it takes 5-10 minutes to finish loading. I have verified files and re-downloaded game but it did not help. I'm playing on PC.

EA Staff (Retired)@EA_Illium in the loading screen waiting for the next match. For my friends it says preloading. For me it says loading. Once I get it to where it says match making it is really quick and instantly matchmakes every match after that.
