Temporary Fix for loading screen

How to have a temporary fix with loading screen. 1. Wait till the loading screen and it says click to continue. 2. When it does let you click, look at the bottom screen and it should say data. 3....

Can't get to the "click to continue" portion of the loading screen unfortunately, stuck in a loading loop.

eventually you will see "data" and click that. You have patience.

I left it sitting on the spinning white loading circle for 30 minutes, never showed any error or anything about 'data'

  infinite loading screen does mean infinite. left it running for an hr.
  nothing other than the spinning wheel will show up.
  3 weeks in with numerous posts on here and still nothing happened.
  gg devs for not even looking in my dxdiag files that i provided.
