Terms and conditions

Hey I’ve been trying to log into my apex about for about a week now, every time I’ve gone to log in i can’t accept the terms and conditions, I’ve logged into another account and worked first try. Idk...

Does your language and region for your Account profile match where you live?

It can be seen under profile.ea.com.

@EA_Blueberry OK, i look for it and yes it is the same. On the same Account on my laptop with Windows 10 and origin i can accept the terms, but it has no effects on my main PC with Win 11 and EA-APP. I tried a lot. such as turn off firewall, or in the settings of the web interface as well as the EA APP. if necessary I uninstall the EA APP and try again with origin

    @CookieRacer Now i have reinstall the EA-App, on the first start i have to accept the terms a big window like in origin on the bottom. But when i start a game i must again accept in a extra window with no yes button only "fortfahren" or "Abbrechen". And the game doesent start?!
