Terrible FPS Performance & 99% CPU usage since Season 16 start (only S16!)
INSANE 40-60% FPS Loss in New Season 16 for ZERO reason (no hardware changes, no technical changes on user end, NOTHING) when prior to patch rollover on season 15 performance was flawless both streaming and not streaming.
My CPU Usage when in the LOBBY of Apex since S16 start is anywhere between 80-95%, and when In-Game it's permanently at 99%. (DX11)
I used to be able to stream this game at 100-140 FPS in pretty much all situations @ 864p/48fps with my OBS active on the second monitor. That's a pipe dream now because SOMETHING Respawn devs have done have absolutely destroyed the performance for myself & my girlfriend & a handful of friends (not to mention ping problems since season 16 start, but that is minor). if I try to do the same now, I'm pretty much getting 40-90 FPS maximum in any part of the map (even the edge of the map). Lowering it to 720p/30 made it bearable (not) but in some areas I'm STILL getting sub 80 fps it's insane.
i7 4790k, rtx 2070super. Used to be able to get 158fps in almost all situations (capped) non stream, and 100-140 streaming at high res/fps. Now it's impossible. WHAT did you guys do?
