The account has been hacked and eahelp has no effect
Because I have appealed three times without any results, EA help is no longer meaningful to me. After wandering around, I found this place. I am wondering if the attention here can be seen by the so-called "ban management team (" TOS ")". So I'm trying to leave a message here.
Regarding the ban, I have repeatedly mentioned that someone has stolen my account to cheat. I don't know how the so-called "ban management team (" TOS ")" is reviewed, but this group of people is definitely useless. Steam customer service can confirm that my account has been hacked, but they cannot detect it. They are like a group of idiots.
I don't claim to be a seasoned player, but at least I have been a player for thousands of hours. My account has been playing for over a thousand hours without cheating.

If your account was hacked and you have not already done so, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.For banned accounts you'll then need to submit an appeal here to have our Terms of Service team review the ban.If they've already completed multiple reviews and have still declined to remove the ban, that would be final and not something we can change either, sorry.
