The account number changed to 1st class

Just to check, when did you first notice that your account got sent back to level 1, and what platform do you play on? (If it's PC, could you specify whether you mean the EA app, Steam, etc.?)

Yesterday, I found that I used the steam platform to play.

Do you mean that your progress came back? Or what's happening now exactly? I'm not sure what you mean by return found.

Did you make a new EA account yesterday and link your Steam to it?

If you've linked to a new EA account, then all of your progress will have stayed behind on the old one. You'd have to have linked your Steam to play the game originally. If you relink your Steam back to that original EA account, then there's a good chance you can restore your progress.
