The US West and central servers worse since update of season 30

The east servers I feel are a lil better than what they were other than freezing and jet lag when flying into the map.

Significant packet loss and very high pings jumping from 50 to over 400 at moments playing in any server and 50 ping jumps to 190 on US West and central central servers often causing my game to freeze to the point of a continuous black screen and needing to restart and load back into a ranked game.

And it's impossible to leave if and reset if I'm the last man standing on my squad
