Whilst I understand that defending yourself is something that some find necessary, it's not always the correct choice to make.

You're not allowed to break the rules if another one is doing that too, even if it seems like you're defending yourself.

Best thing to do when someone is being toxic towards you is to mute them via the methods available in-game, responding might just make it worse.

If you did say something that violated the Positive Play Charter then the chance is quite high that the account action was valid, though of course only the TOS team will be able to decide that.

Though if the TOS team has denied the appeals and decided to uphold the account action, it's most likely a permanent decision.

Sadly enough, nothing can be done on these forums to change that, nor can I really give any advice on this matter.

You could try sending another ticket to the TOS team unless they've specifically mentioned that they don't want any further tickets on the matter.

If they've decided to uphold the ban after multiple investigations, it's most likely that nothing can be done to change the fact.

Sometimes it's just better to ignore those who behave badly, otherwise you might see yourself behaving badly too.
