Sorry to hear about your account.

Please note that there are actually people on the ToS team that review each appeals case and will sen an e-mail about that appeal. However after a certain amount of appeals for the same case are reviewed and upheld the ToS team will send the account holder an E-mail that states that the case is closed. Further appeals at that point are not necessary and can be considered spamming. 

With all that in mind be aware that no one here on the forum can provide account assistance.

@Asmodeus566 hen can you tell me why CN cheater accounts were banned on a large scale a while ago, and then all of them were unblocked? They obviously used cheating software but they could still unblock it.
Also, Apex strictly uses VPN, and all the professional players in CN use VPN, why doesn't TOS ban their accounts?

    I do not work for EA so I would not know anything like that. 

    I am just a forum member like you, except that I am a volunteer that helps other players out where I can. 

    I also have no idea what you are talking about in your last post and cheating discussions are not allowed here on the forum.
